Gold hoop is 250mm diameter 

Approx 40cm from felt ball at the top to the bottom in the cloud. I leave length from the felt ball, approx 70cm if you wish to hang from the ceiling. If you would like it shorter just tie a knot at the length you want and cut off the excess.
